Kidzformal recommend in the event that more than one item is needed, items need to be ordered together to reduce the risk of dye lot and fabric variations. If items are ordered separately Kidzformal accepts no responsibility for variations in materials or colour dyelots.
We use Australia Post for all shipping and find they give a reliable service, though once a parcel is shipped we are no longer in control of its delivery and take no further responsibility for its whereabouts. If you find a parcel hasn’t arrived when it should please contact your local Australia Post office and let them know. If you don’t receive it within a reasonable time please contact us on (Ph)1300729984 or email info@kidzformal.com.au. Kidzformal under Dance & Play will then lodge paperwork to Australia Post to begin the process of trying to locate the parcel.
In the event the Australia Post Shipping link is down and postage is not added to your order Kidzformal (Dance & Play) reserve the right to charge the postage required to ship the order. An email will be sent and require confirmation to proceed. If authorsation is not granted or 7 days pass without reply the order will be cancelled.
