Kidzformal will help you choose the most appropriate size, though it won’t take the place of a personal fitting. If possible personal fittings are recommended. Tips to help you choose:
Check the product description for fitting details such as; whether fitted or loose, small or generous sizing, and follow accordingly.
Where possible charts will be available as part of the product description.
Shoes can vary 5mm each way within a size, measurements provided are a guide only.
Some information that helps determine the correct size:
Current regular clothing or shoe size.
Age & whether small, average or large for age
Girls Measurement: Chest (under the arm and relaxed), measurement from the bone at the base of the neck to the floor.
Shoes: Measurement of foot from heel to end of big toe & whether foot is narrow, average or wide (don’t add room to this as it is allowed for when choosing the size). Best to measure with foot lightly placed on a ruler of the ground.(Please note: if the foot is measured when standing on the floor or ruler the foot will flatten and give a larger measurement than needed and result in the wrong size being sent.)
